there is the choice of one-hour or thirty-minute session. One-on-one sessions, purely focussed on GOAL(S) and incorporate any of the above expertise/topics with the aim of achieving RESULTS. It’s all about personalised, customised fitness and health with complete focus on the client.

2. Face to face, Mini-GT (Group-Training), 3-6 people:
get a group of friends together or work colleagues and vent out the working day’s stressors through some boxing mitt and pad work! As well as this, you have the additional advantage of working out with likeminded people with the same goals of boosting weight-loss, improving stamina and creating a strong mindset.

general weekly program focussing on either weight loss, conditioning, strength, lean muscle gains through (and not limited to):

3. Face to face, GT (Group-Training):
join a class of 10-20 people for the ultimate in High-Intensity-Interval-Training. With ‘boot-camp’ style exercises combined with a MMA twist, this is sure to make you physically stronger, leaner, and target that mid-section and core. Work with a ‘buddy’ to create that additional edge in mental toughness and bring out the best in each other.

4. ‘Fusion Fitness Solutions Online’ (‘Online’ Fitness/Personal Training)
Fusion Fitness Solutions offers customised ‘fusion’ training/workout and nutrition plans via our online service to achieve your goals and get the results you desire. Our online service is aimed at clients who are too busy to commit to time frames, have a hectic schedule and would like to train, get fit and healthy at their own convenience. Or if some clients have been training for a while and “know their way around the gym” but just need guidance around the right program to help them achieve their goals – the online service is a great value add.
What you get:
Initially, a consultation is made with the client to meet in person for about 1 hour. This consists of creating rapport with the client, ‘mini’ client assessment and the all-important goal(s) are established. From that point, the client is managed ONLINE according to the type of fitness/health package they have chosen. As mentioned, all/any expertise listed are covered (where applicable) in packages, e.g. workout-plan can focus on ‘weight loss’ (general personal training) or MMA style conditioning (specialty fitness training) and email support can include, but not limited to, topic of health and pharmacy advice as well as discussing the workout/eating-plan.
